Terms and Conditions

Channel Vista is open all year.

VAT is not charged.

Rooms are available from 15.00 on arrival day. If you require early check-in, this can be arranged from 11.30am. Please advise the guest house prior to your arrival. Note - there is an additional charge of £10 per room for this facility.

Checkout is by 10.30am.

A non-refundable deposit of £20.00 per person is required for each booking. This can be paid by credit card or cheque with the balance due on departure.

Should the booking be cancelled less than seven days before agreed arrival, the outstanding balance will be payable. The deposit may be transferred should an alternative date be available.

Failure to show up on the agreed date without prior notice of cancellation will make the customer liable for the payment in full. In this case, the booking will not be transferable.

Guests will be held responsible for any breakages or damages incurred by them whilst staying at Channel Vista.

Vehicles are parked on-site entirely at the owners’ own risk.

Smoking and the use of electronic cigarettes are not permitted at Channel Vista.
